Instead, we specialize in the Named Patient Import program, a legal framework governed by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) and the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI). This specialized pathway allows us to assist patients and clinicians in legally importing life-saving, orphan, or critical-care medications that are approved by premier global regulatory bodies like the USFDA or the European Medicines Agency (EMA), but are not yet commercially registered or available in the domestic Indian market.
